I've lost pretty much any confidence in myself to draw that I may have had at some point. Lately I've been trying to draw again, but with each passing attempt it ends up resulting the same way... crumpled up and in the trash. Nothing looks satisfying or meets any standard that I've set, and I just can't seem to get anything FINISHED with it.

I've been told by my closer group of friends just to keep grinding away and keep practicing, but the results each time just end up depressing me worse. I just want to FINISH one of them, you know? Anyways I apologize for sounding the way I do in this journal, but I just want to figure something out about it.I need to have a breakthrough, just something to show me I'm making progress in improving my creative abilities.
